This is it! The last holiday gift guide. I can’t believe that Christmas is just 11 days away and I’m completely done Christmas shopping. Never in my life have I been done this early. But if you’re still looking for that perfect gift…this might help. This one is for the book lovers.
Nook: I personally don’t think I can get on board with the e-reader but I know many who LOVE them.
Bare Bones: I’m Not Lonely if You’re Reading This Book:Definitely my favorite book this year, if not my favorite book ever. It’s a book that will really give you a much needed kick in the ass to go and chase your dreams.
Love Warrior: This was a great read. I had never read Glennon’s blog until AFTER this book because it was so real and authentic and a reminder that everyone has a messy life. There is not one person in this world who is perfect and it shows how she was able to find herself in a world where we often lose ourselves.
Cravings: One of my favorite cookbooks of all time.
Anthony Bourdain: Appetites-We LOVE Anthony Bourdain in our house and have this cookbook.
Skinnytaste: Fast and Slow:I’ve had my eye on this one for awhile now. I’ve made a few recipes out of it and they’ve all been amazing.
Namaslay: I will never stop professing my love for this book. It’s amazing, a great read, and a great resource for anyone who loves yoga or who just wants to try it out.
Yoga Girl: Another one of my favorites. Her story is powerful and helps show that no matter your past, you can change and make a beautiful life.
Harry Potter and the Cursed Child: This recommendation comes from my 10 year old. She loved it and she didn’t think she would like how it was written but she read it in like 3 days. Loved it.
Broken Flowers: If poetry is your thing…check out this book.
Take Heart my Child: A Mother’s Dream: I got this for K. I can’t wait for her to read it. It’s beautiful.
Present over Perfect: This one’s on my “to read” list but I’ve head nothing but great things about it.
