Hey everyone! What a week. Annnd it’s only Wednesday. But today I have something fun for you! A 20 minute HIIT workout to get your body moving.
So…A HIIT workout is high intensity interval training. So you’ll do a movement for a certain amount of time and then rest for a certain amount of time. It’s great for getting your heart rate up and burning fat.
For this HIIT, you’ll be doing 45 seconds of work with 15 seconds of rest with 4 rounds of 5 movements. The entire workout lasts 2o minutes. And hey! If you can’t do a movement for the entire 45 seconds don’t worry about it. Do what you can and what works for you.

Movement 1: Jump Rope
Movement 2: Push-ups
Movement 3: Handstand Hold (if you can’t do a handstand, try it against a wall)
Movement 4: Mountain Climbers
Movement 5: Plank
