Hey everyone! Today I’m bringing you a great upper body HIIT workout.
So HIIT workouts are amazing and one of my favorite ways to workout. They’re quick, effective, and usually you can do them in the comfort of your home.
The biggest thing to remember: make the workout work for you. If you can do 40s of burpees, who cares. Push yourself and go as long as possible. But don’t beat yourself up if you only get to 30 seconds before you want to die.
Make the workout work for you. Can’t do regular push-ups? Do them on your knees. Same with the shoulder taps. You have to start building strength somewhere. And stop for a breather if you have to. Push yourself but don’t hurt yourself. And most of all…love yourself. You got up some worked out. Be proud of that.
