I’m pretty excited for this month. Not only does it mean I can decorate for fall, but it also means pumpkin EVERYTHING is in stores and I’m a sucker for all things pumpkin. So, I’m pretty stoked!
I’m doing things a little different this month. I usually take the first day or two of the month to write down some goals and things I want to get done for the entire month but that has become really overwhelming for me. So I’m thinking of starting a list of intentions. Things I want to get done but no worries if they don’t. Less stress, less of me feeling completely inadequate. So I feel it’s a win-win.
I’m also jumping into a 3o day Yoga challenge that Yoga Girl Rachel Brathen is doing on Instagram. I adore yoga and practice consistently but would LOVE to do more. So, 30 days of consistent yoga is right up my alley. And it doesn’t matter if you can do 5 minutes or an hour…just get your mat out and practice.
