Cinnamon Maple Overnight Oats are a super quick, easy, and delicious breakfast and perfect for any day of the week.
I remember a time when I didn’t eat breakfast. I know…what the heck was I thinking?!
But here I am in my thirties and all I want in life is breakfast. And it doesn’t matter what time of day either. Breakfast in the morning, for lunch, and especially for dinner.
If you’ve never had pancakes, bacon, and eggs for dinner…do it. Just do it.
I also remember a time that I would not even consider making overnight oats. The thought of cold oats was (and still is) just…no. All the no. But what I didn’t know and what people failed to tell me is that you can totally make overnights oats and then heat them up in the morning.
So that’s what I do. That way, I have a super easy, quick, and healthy breakfast waiting for me in the morning. Because even though I love breakfast, I hate cooking it. Unless it’s after 9. And now that I’m thinking about, probably the reason I didn’t eat breakfast for a good bit. And probably why I LOVE breakfast for dinner.
Anyways…so, these oats are amazing. Slightly sweet, with a good dash of cinnamony flavor.
And they are super versatile. You can throw raisins in there and have some cinnamon maple raisin overnight oats. I personally love them with some fresh fruit on top. So good. And you can totally heat them up with some blueberries and raspberries in there and they get all melty and yummy.
But I think the best part is they literally take 10 minutes to throw together. I usually double or triple the recipe so that I have three of my breakfasts done for the week. But you could absolutely make one for each day of the week. They’re that good.
